Please read carefully as these Terms & Conditions are applied to all purchases from Browncoco.
By accepting charge(s) of any product(s) from Browncoco, customers (buyers) agree to be bound by the terms and conditions listed below. Any attempt to alter, supplement, modify or amend these terms and conditions by the customer will be considered as alteration of this agreement and, therefore, is void with/without customer acknowledgment. In addition, these terms and conditions are subject to change at any time, with or without prior written notice to the customer(s). Therefore, please check these terms and conditions carefully each time before placing an order with Browncoco.
Services & Pricing

Browncoco serves all customers as First-Come, First-Served basis. All prices are fixed and non-negotiable. No cancellation or exchange after confirmation. 
We reserve the right to cancel any orders that we are unable to be verify or process. We reserve the right to refuse any order.

Order Process Information and Requirements
Shipment normally ships out the next business day after receiving your order (excluding holidays). Browncoco may contact you regarding the order you have placed. If, for any reason, you cannot be reached, your order will be put on hold. Browncoco does not hold any responsibilities for any on hold orders for which they may cause any additional delays. It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure their information is input clearly and correctly. We, however, will issue an email upon receiving your order regarding the information you have input. You may contact us  during normally business hours or 24 hours through email.
 

Payment
Payment to be made within 48 hours after confirmation. Reserved item will be automatically released if buyer did not respond to invoice sent within 48 hours. Please be sure to check your email (and also your spam mail folder) after submitting order form.

Shipping
All shipping cost to be paid by Buyer unless further stated. (Shopping cost may vary according to weight). All goods sold are 100% Q. C. and in good condition before delivery.

Lost or Damaged Package
Browncoco does not hold any responsibility for any loss of shipment due to shipping carrier's mistakes or wrongdoings. Once a package is dropped off to our carrier for delivery, we will not have any control over the package; therefore, we can not make any guarantees after this point. In cases of errors or delays caused by the shipping carrier, we will help resolve the dispute at our best ability, yet we will not be held responsible or liable for extra charges incurred, any lost or damage.

Cancellation of Orders
All orders that have been processed (charged) CANNOT be canceled under any circumstances. Most of our orders are processed within 24-48 hours. If you need to cancel or modify your order for any reason, please call us at +60172777870 or email us at brownandcoco@gmail.com as soon as possible.

Price Changes
Browncoco reserves the right to change any price at anytime. All pricing errors are subject to correction. We reserve the right to refuse any order.
